How it works
A straightforward feedback process
RoadAbility is designed to make public feedback accessible while providing a review process before relevant reports are shared.
A vehicle displays the sign
The sign invites members of the public to visit RoadAbility and provide feedback about driving behaviour involving the vehicle.
A report is submitted
The reporter provides details of the incident, verifies their email address with RoadAbility and chooses whether their contact details may be shared with the fleet operator.
Feedback is reviewed
Each report is reviewed before appropriate feedback is passed privately to the relevant fleet operator. Reporter contact details are handled according to their privacy choice and RoadAbility's privacy policy.
Membership
Simple annual pricing
One annual business membership,
plus a simple annual fee for each registered vehicle..
$150 / year membership
Plus $40 per registered vehicle per year.
For example, a business registering 10 vehicles would pay $550 per year, before any applicable taxes.
